Friday, September 4, 2015 — Medical missionary and global health consultant Kristy Engel will give a presentation at First Baptist Church of Shelton, CT, and you are warmly invited to attend, and to bring family and friends. Kristy is an RN and pediatric nurse practitioner who served for many years as a medical missionary at Good Samaritan Hospital in La Romana, a city of The Dominican Republic (DR), and who also served in outreach to Haitian communities in that country. Kristy now serves as a global health consultant with International Ministries of the American Baptist Churches, USA. Sunday, January 25, 10:30 am — Worship, Annual Meeting of First Baptist Church of Shelton, CT at 11:30 am, and a Reception. Pastor Ken Smith will preach on Jeremiah 29 (“Living at Home in Exile”) and we will joyfully welcome new members during the service. After church will be FBC Shelton’s 2015 Annual Meeting, and following that, a delicious luncheon to which all are invited!
